1.0 AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

This policy applies to all participants in the Zeiierman Trading Affiliate Program, as well as those in our Partner Program, Creator Program, and Referrer Program. All affiliates, partners, creators, and referrers must agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. By applying to the program, users automatically accept these terms, as well as Cello’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as Cello handles affiliate data. Affiliates also agree to Zeiierman Trading’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please review these terms before signing up.

By signing up for the affiliate program, you also agree to the following:

1.1 SOCIAL MEDIA AND PROMOTION GUIDELINES

1.1.1 Items to Avoid in Influencer Social Posts

Affiliates and influencers are required to avoid mentioning the following competitors of Zeiierman Trading: Lux Algo, Chartprime, Market Cipher, Elite Algo, Ultra Algo, or any other companies that sell indicators on TradingView as a service, in a positive manner. If competitors are mentioned, they should not be referenced by name directly.

1.1.2 Social Media Guidelines

Affiliates and influencers must adhere to all guidelines outlined in our Brand Rule Guidelines. Blog posts, social media statuses, tweets, and comments must portray Zeiierman Trading in a positive light. Content promoting bigotry, racism, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age is strictly prohibited.

1.1.3 Prohibited Advertising Channels

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting Zeiierman Trading through Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, or any other advertising platform in a manner that impersonates or misrepresents our brand. This includes creating ads that suggest or imply they are official communications from Zeiierman Trading. All advertisements must clearly indicate that they are being run by an independent affiliate and must not create any confusion regarding their source. Any attempts to make it appear that the ads are directly from Zeiierman Trading will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program. Violations of this policy may result in the termination of the affiliate’s contract and denial of their profit share, following an official review by a Zeiierman Trading representative.

1.2 PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Pending Conversions: All conversions will remain pending for at least 30 days before being approved, in accordance with our refund policy.
  • Minimum Payout: Payouts below $5 are not possible.
  • Refunded/Disputed Payments: Any conversions related to refunded or fraudulent payments will result in denied commissions.

1.2.1 Review of Promotional Methods

We reserve the right to hold any commission and review your promotional methods before issuing payouts. If affiliates are not active Zeiierman Trading customers, their promotional efforts will be reviewed via an email request once any commission is generated. Zeiierman Trading may deny payouts if promotional tactics are deemed unethical.

1.2.2 Conversion Tracking

Conversions are tracked via your affiliate link and are subject to a 30-day cookie window. If a personal referral is not counted as a conversion, manual adjustments to commissions cannot be made. Affiliates should ensure that personal referrals use the same device and browser to make purchases to avoid tracking issues.

1.2.3 Additional Restrictions

  • No Spamming on TradingView: Posting affiliate links on TradingView in a spam-like manner will result in an instant ban from the affiliate program.
  • No Promises of Results: Affiliates must not guarantee specific outcomes or returns in their promotional content, such as claiming a 100% win rate for our signals.

2.0 CLAIMS AND PROMOTION GUIDELINES

2.1 No Guarantees or Claims of Results

Affiliates are prohibited from guaranteeing any specific results, including claims that investing or trading using Zeiierman Trading’s tools is risk-free or that users will achieve specific outcomes. Our service is provided solely for educational and entertainment purposes and must always be portrayed as such.

All affiliates must promote Zeiierman Trading’s services in strict accordance with our Disclaimer. Affiliates who fail to follow this disclaimer will be terminated immediately. Any promotional content must also include a clear risk disclaimer stating that our services do not provide financial advice and are for educational purposes only.

3.0 AFFILIATE REPRESENTATION AND BRAND USAGE

3.1 Affiliates Must Not Misrepresent Themselves as Zeiierman Trading

Affiliates must never pretend to represent Zeiierman Trading directly. It must be clear that affiliates are third parties and not official representatives of the Zeiierman brand. Affiliates are prohibited from impersonating Zeiierman Trading in any way. If an affiliate is found to be misrepresenting or impersonating the Zeiierman brand or services, they will be immediately banned from the program.

3.2 Use of Zeiierman Branding

Affiliates do not have the right to use the Zeiierman brand, trademarks, or services in any way that suggests they are part of or represent Zeiierman Trading. All affiliates must adhere to the rules and policies set by Zeiierman Trading. We reserve the right to determine whether an affiliate’s actions are in line with these rules and take appropriate action, including termination.

4.0 COMMISSION STRUCTURE & BUSINESS DETAILS

4.1 Conversion Action

A conversion is recorded when a referred customer completes an online purchase with a valid processed payment.

4.2 Commission Type

Affiliates earn a percentage of each sale (percent of sale model) for every successful referral.

5.0 AFFILIATE PROGRAM ENFORCEMENT

5.1 Conclusion

By signing up for the Zeiierman Trading Affiliate Program, you agree that Zeiierman Trading has the right to remove access, ban, and deny commissions at any time if we believe you are not representing Zeiierman Trading and our products appropriately. Affiliates employing unethical marketing tactics or using methods designed to exploit the popularity of our brand are not welcome. We actively monitor affiliates and reserve the right to deny commissions or remove affiliates from the program who are found to be in violation.

We encourage genuine affiliates who enjoy our products and seek to share Zeiierman Trading with their network to generate income. If you meet the criteria and follow the rules, we welcome you to our affiliate program.
